Chicken Spring Rolls

My first post – and learning how to use this blog!! My intention here is to attempt cooking food from the internet.  I DO love cooking – and try to cook something new every day.  I dabble in photography also, so document all of it – why not share it and give you MY take on some of the awesome recipes here!! So.. here goes – first recipe is this one:

Chinese Spring Rolls with Chicken – Steamy Kitchen

I often use my tagine for cooking - don't have a wok.. it does a great job

I served with 3 sauces, a home made barbeque sauce (Neely’s – recipe HERE), soy, and sweet chili!

This recipe is a keeper! They freeze well also.
