Nutella Braided Tear and Share Bread

Oh WOW!! I’m not big on Nutella – but WOW!! Decided I should have a go of this and the result? AMAZING!!

This was SO simple! REALLY!

Oh.. a little footnote all photos are by me – I also dabble in a bit of photography for fun – therefore yes, I do retain the right to use images with my SanLee watermark 😉 I’m no Pro – but when I cook, I like to try and present it nicely 😉

As I said, this is not MY Recipe, I found it easier to follow the instructions on the video.  Here are the ingredients you will need:

*450g /1lb of Bread Flour

*some people are finding the dough too dry Start with 400g add the rest if it needs it. It’s all to do with egg sizes, butter and milk fat contents. Hope that helps.

70g / 1/3 of a cup of Sugar
2 Teaspoons of Active Dried Yeast
A pinch of Salt
30g / 1oz of melted Unsalted Butter
180ml / 3/4 of a cup of warmed Milk
2 Egg Yolks (keep the whites to glaze the bread)
1 cup of Nutella

Bake at 180’C /350’F for 15 – 20 minutes

Anyway, I have 2 adult sons who still live with me – they wolfed this down like there is no tomorrow! Am guessing they’ll want this again sometime soon! Try it – it’s really very very easy!! 10/10!!
