Whenever I’m blogging a dish, it seems to take me forever to cook! This was SO SO worth it. I have cooked it a few times before but with my own touch – to keep it similar to a recipe in a book my mum gave me. This time, I did it according to the instructions.
While this was absolutely amazing to the taste buds, next time I would make the sauce a bit creamier – it didn’t look so appealing on the plate. A slight adaption to the recipe and it will be perfect!
Here’s the recipe.. I got from a yahoo group.
