Moroccan Lamb Pies – from the Coles Magazine

I didn’t take ‘during’ pics of this.  The other day I noticed there was a new Coles Magazine out – so grabbed it – and their pies looked amazing!! I did them slightly different from the recipe in their mag – because I used muffin pans and put a pastry base in also.  These were amazing!!

Short & sweet blog post, but I urge you to try it! I LOVE moroccan food and use my Tagine to make all that.. I do have an amazing recipe I’d like to share from the delicious magazine also.. must get onto that for you! It’s superb.. and a firm family favorite.
