Sorry for the lack of posts, my dad has been ill, travelled interstate to be with him for some of his journey – and have had a change of job – meaning change of shift! Anyway – been cooking up a storm here and there – realised I’m no pastry chef (more to come), but I’m BACK! I’ll post a few feeds I’ve been cooking in due course, plus their links – when I can. Tonight I’m trying for the very first time – Osso Bucco – never had it before and have been assured that this recipe is a winner. I’ll post later and let you know how it was – and how mine looked
