How *I* make Spaghetti Bolognese – quick & easy!

Chop up an onion & some cloves of garlic (I use 3).. add to a fry pan with

1 tb of olive oil & fry until softened.

Add 500g mince – brown.

Add a small jar of Leggo’s Sundried Tomato Pesto

and a jar of Leggos Roasted Garlic chunky pasta sauce


Add about 1tb finely chopped parsley.

Simmer for 20 mins, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta of your choice – using the packet instructions.

To the bolognese sauce, add half a cup of grated tasty cheese (or your choice of cheese) and stir till combined well.

Drain the pasta, serve onto plates, serve the bolognese sauce on top – and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. I normally like the grated but didn’t have any on this occasion.
