Pappardelle with Spring Vegetables
Always looking for something with just veggies – this did the trick. Easy, although a little time consuming – so I wouldn’t ‘quite’ say it’s a quick dinner. Flavours were awesome! I had to make a few adjustments ie I used runner beans and didn’t’ have access to celery seeds (NO idea what/where/to find them?), also I couldn’t find ‘micro leaves’.. so I got a combo and pulled out the smallest ones, and could only get alfalfa sprouts at the time. Flavour is amazing!!
The big test was feeding it to my son – he LOVED it .. following night I served the leftovers with home made chicken schnitzel – oh yes!!! Perfect combination.
Definitely a keeper here!
